Independent factoring and ABL financing firm Rosenthal & Rosenthal appointed Phillip Daks as a vice president/account executive in the firm’s West Coast office.
Daks will be responsible for managing accounts across Rosenthal’s factoring portfolio.

With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, Daks brings a wide range of experience to Rosenthal, having managed relationships with dozens of borrowers and factoring clients throughout the years. Over the course of his career, Daks has held various account management positions, overseeing factoring portfolios at both Merchant Factors and CIT Group.
