King Trade Capital completed a $5 million purchase order finance facility for a Massachusetts-based high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) purification company.

A referral partner who was working with the client to find working capital to support purchasing inventory to fulfill sales contacted King Trade Capital.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the client expanded its product offering from its core business of water filtration systems to include HEPA purifiers. High demand for HEPA purifiers resulted in the client receiving large orders from various school districts and municipalities. Due to cash flow constraints, the company was in need of a finance solution to secure upfront payments to its supplier in the U.S. King Trade Capital assessed the supplier relationship and formulated a PO finance solution allowing the company to buy the inventory needed to fill its growing sales.

The finance solution put in place by King Trade Capital provided cash payments to the U.S. supplier to get HEPA purifiers shipped and delivered to the client’s customers. Additionally, an introduction to a factoring company will provide the client with even more liquidity once goods have been shipped to end customers.
