Burnley Capital closed a $2.75 million asset-based revolving credit facility for Patrick James to support the company’s growth and operations.

Patrick James is a California-based multi-channel retailer of men’s lifestyle apparel. Founded in 1962, the company offers sportswear, tailored clothing, denim, dress shirts, neckwear, shoes, accessories and various other lifestyle products. The company currently operates nine brick and mortar retail stores and a national catalog/online business.

“We are pleased to provide this financing for a company that has created a legacy of professional experience and dedication to their customers,” Daniel O’Rourke, CEO of Burnley Capital, said. “Patrick James combines a retail store network together with their catalog and online presence for a seamless experience. Burnley Capital provided the company with additional liquidity to support future growth, and we are very excited about being a part of their future.”

“Patrick James is excited to work with Dan O’Rourke and the team at Burnley Capital,” Patrick Mon Pere, CEO of Patrick James, said. “Their expertise and knowledge in our space will be integral to the future growth and stability of our brand. We were impressed with their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile in understanding our needs and we’re looking forward to working closely with Burnley for many years to come.”
