Ares Commercial Finance led the financing of a $210 million senior secured cross-border revolving line of credit for MicroStar Logistics, a portfolio company of Freeman Spogli.
The credit facility provides availability and the ability to support growth in the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Syndicate partners for the facility included Wingspire Capital, MidCap Financial Trust and Siena Lending Group.
