CohnReznick announced that Bryan DaCanal has joined the firm as a managing director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice. He is based in West Palm Beach, FL.
DaCanal specializes in financial and operational due diligence and advises private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, business owners and investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has advised on more than 225 transactions across a range of industries, including software, media and technology, business services, home services, franchisors and franchisees, manufacturing and distribution, and retail and consumer products.
