Justin Anderson joined Crown Partners, a capital markets advisor focused exclusively on asset-based financing in the middle market, as a managing director. He will be based in Crown’s Chicago office and will focus on further cultivating relationships with clients, sponsors, bank and non-bank lending platforms, as well as strategic capital planning and transaction execution.
Anderson brings to Crown more than 10 years of investment banking and direct asset-based lending experience. He has structured complex working capital and secured term debt solutions as both an advisor and principal across a diverse range of industry verticals.
Anderson joined Crown from Great Rock Capital, an asset-focused lender. At Great Rock, he was responsible for originating asset-based financing opportunities in the Midwest market. Anderson began his career at Metropolitan Capital where he eventually grew to co-lead its investment banking and debt advisory practices. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, Secured Finance Network and the Association for Corporate Growth.
