Crestmark Funds $30.7MM in Financing in H1/March 2019

Crestmark has secured a total of $8.075000 million in ABL financial solutions for 18 new clients; Crestmark Equipment Finance provided $4.041482 million in five new lease transactions; Crestmark Vendor Finance provided $5.520502 million in 66 new lease transactions; and the Government Guaranteed Lending Division provided $13.100000 million in financing for three new clients in the first half of March.

The transactions break down as follows:

In Crestmark’s Asset-Based Lending Divisions:

  • $1 million accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Florida for working capital purposes

  • $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Florida for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $300,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Maryland to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $350,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in North Carolina to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $100,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a startup trucking company in Florida for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $1 million ledgered line of credit facility to a manufacturer of custom metal products in North Carolina to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $150,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a startup trucking company in Texas for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $75,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Washington for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $150,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Ohio for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $100,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Illinois for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $150,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in California for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $150,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Missouri to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes

  •  $150,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Pennsylvania for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $450,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Pennsylvania for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $400,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a startup trucking company in Texas for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $400,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking brokerage in Louisiana for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $400,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company in Illinois to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  •  $2.5 million ledgered line of credit facility to a manufacturer of shipping insulation in New York for working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

In Crestmark Equipment Finance:

  • four new lease transactions totaling $3,502,660 with an IT services provider in the southwestern U.S. for IT equipment
  • _x000D_

  • $5.38822 million new lease transaction with a medical services provider in the southeastern U.S. for capital equipment
  • _x000D_

Crestmark Vendor Finance funded $5.520502 million in 66 transactions to 65 businesses in the first half of March.

In The Government Guaranteed Lending Division:

  • $3.805000 million SBA 7(a) term loan facility to a financial advisory firm in California to pay off an existing lender
  • _x000D_

  •  $4.175000 million term loan facility to a financial advisory firm in Ohio for acquisition and working capital purposes
  • _x000D_

  • $5.120000 term loan facility to a solar energy developer in California for the construction of a utility-scale solar farm
  • _x000D_
