Aircraft lessor Vmo Aircraft Leasing closed a five-year, $600 million senior secured warehouse facility. Credit Suisse Securities and Natixis Corporate and Investment Bank are the co-structuring agents and joint lead arrangers of the facility. UMB Bank is the administrative agent and the security trustee. The initial syndicate of lenders also includes Wells Fargo Bank, MUFG and Credit Agricole.

Milbank acted as legal advisor, A&L Goodbody acted as Irish legal advisor and E&Y acted as Irish tax advisor to Vmo on the transaction. Vedder Price acted as legal advisor to the lenders.
