Natacha Gallou has been appointed senior regional officer for Crédit Agricole CIB in the Americas. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of Crédit Agricole CIB’s activities in North and South America. The position is effective Oct. 1, 2025.

As senior regional officer, Gallou will be based in New York City and will report to Jean-François Balaÿ, CEO of Crédit Agricole CIB. Stéphane Ducroizet, who previously held the position, has been appointed deputy CEO in charge of financing activities, based in Paris, effective Nov. 1, 2025.

“I am honored to take on this new role and new challenge, leading Crédit Agricole CIB into the next chapter in the Americas,” Gallou said. “The team has built an excellent foundation, developed key relationships and delivered innovative and landmark deals. We are looking forward to carrying that legacy into the next phase of growth.”

As senior regional officer, Gallou will join the Crédit Agricole S.A. management committee and remain a member of the Crédit Agricole CIB executive committee.

Gallou was most recently deputy general manager and global chief risk officer since 2022. From 2007 to 2022, she held leadership positions in the corporate risk department covering various industry sectors before taking on the role of global head of risk and permanent control. Prior to that, she was in debt restructuring and advisory services in Paris and then in London. Gallou started at Indosuez in 1992 as an account manager in charge of corporate portfolios.
