Coral Capital Solutions provided a $7.5 million annual factoring facility to a therapeutic services provider.
The company provides licensed, certified, and qualified education and related service professionals on a contract basis to school districts throughout New York. Management reached out to Coral Capital to facilitate an acquisition of a competitor with larger operations. The company required additional working capital to take over the business.
