Collateral Oversight and Risk Analytics (CORA), an AI-native system of action for banks and private credit funds, launched The Provider Network, a new platform offering designed to transform how commercial lenders engage and work with third-party service providers. Enrollment is now open for firms interested in joining the network ahead of its 2027 launch.
The Provider Network is designed to bring an extensive network of professionals, including appraisers, field examiners, auditors, restructuring advisors, attorneys, insurance specialists and diligence providers, together within one connected platform, replacing fragmented engagement processes with a streamlined, integrated workflow.
Through CORA, lenders will be able to discover and engage qualified service providers directly from their existing credit and collateral monitoring environment. When a lender initiates an engagement, CORA will coordinate the collection, preparation and delivery of relevant borrower information, allowing providers to begin work with organized, current data rather than rebuilding information packages from scratch.
Providers will be able to receive engagement requests, access borrower data packages and return completed deliverables through the same platform. Lenders will gain a centralized view of their engagements and results, while borrowers will benefit from reduced duplication of reporting and documentation requests.
For service providers, the network introduces a new channel for reaching commercial lenders while reducing the administrative burden associated with each engagement. By integrating directly into lender workflows, participating firms will have opportunities to expand their lender relationships, improve operational efficiency and take on additional engagements without proportionally increasing administrative resources.
“Today, lenders, borrowers, and service providers are all working with much of the same information, but they are doing it across disconnected systems,” Alex Parisi, co-founder and chief operating officer of CORA, said. “We built The Provider Network to eliminate that fragmentation. By connecting providers directly into CORA, we can automate much of the data collection and preparation that happens before an engagement even begins. That gives lenders a more efficient process, borrowers fewer repetitive requests and service providers the ability to focus on their actual work and scale their businesses.”
The Provider Network will support seven primary service categories: appraisal and valuation, field exam, audit and accounting, advisory, legal, insurance and risk, and due diligence and data. Participating firms will be searchable by specialty, service line and geographic coverage, allowing lenders to identify providers suited to their specific needs.
