Collateral Oversight & Risk Analytics (CORA), a portfolio monitoring platform for banks and private credit funds, closed its seed funding round. The proceeds will accelerate development in the areas its partners have prioritized: document processing, early warning analytics, expanded automation and compliance infrastructure built for regulated financial institutions.
“The way lenders monitor credit has not kept pace with the way they originate it,” Alex Christie, co-founder of CORA, said. “Technology is moving forward quickly, while monitoring still runs on email, PDFs and spreadsheets. Finalizing our recent funding round lets us provide the platform that moves lenders from point-in-time review to real-time oversight, with the traceability and audit history regulated institutions require.”
