A Georgia-based provider of drilling equipment and foundation tools for the construction industry has secured a $3 million financing facility from Prestige Capital. The company, which offers new, used and rental equipment, was referred by a New Jersey-based consulting firm. The funding was used to improve working capital and recapitalize existing equipment loans.

The infusion of capital was designed to enable the company to manage seasonal demand, upgrade its rental fleet and restructure debt.
