Comerica Provides $50MM to Owl Rock Capital

byAmanda Koprowski
January 5, 2018
in News

Owl Rock Capital, a direct lending platform, closed a facility with Comerica Bank for a $50 million commitment through the accordion feature in the company’s credit agreement.

According to a related 8-K filing, upon Comerica’s commitment there was an automatic $50 million reduction of Wells Fargo Bank’s commitment and, as a result, the aggregate commitments under the facility remain at $900 million. There were no other amendments to the terms of the facility.
