CohnReznick rebranded its transactions and turnaround advisory practice to Value360. The new name reinforces the practice group’s full service offering to clients across all industries and situations. Services now integrated within the Value360 umbrella include valuation, transactions, project finance and consulting, infrastructure advisory, dispute resolution, financial modeling, performance improvement and restructuring. The Value360 team comprises around 250 professionals, across the country and internationally, operating as a coordinated team to drive value for clients.
