Global M&A Network recognized CohnReznick’s transaction advisory team with three awards at the sixth Annual USA Middle Market M&A Atlas Awards.
The firm was named Outstanding USA Transaction Advisory Firm and also won the Growth Investment Deal Award. Claudine Cohen, managing principal of the firm’s Value360 Practice, was named a Top USA Women Leader during M&A Network’s sixth Annual Top USA Women Leaders & Deal Makers Awards.
The CohnReznick deal team included Margaret Shanley, transaction advisory practice lLeader; Ioana Iorga, managing director; and Max Ghassemlou, manager for financial due diligence; as well as Richard Chase, principal, and Jimmy Lee, senior manager for tax advisory.
