The Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) announced the election of three members to its Board of Directors. The new members are Michael A. Moore of Wells Fargo Bank, John M. DePledge of TD Bank and Josef W. Mintz of Blank Rome.

Gordon Brothers Group said it acquired over 375 pieces of late model, heavy construction equipment formerly owned by heavy civil contractor T.J. Lambrecht. Gordon Brothers said it plans to sell $50 million in equipment immediately.

Essex Capital Group acted as exclusive corporate finance advisor for Sun Coast Media Group, managing a $10 million recapitalization of the company’s balance sheet.

Oppenheimer announced Richard NeJame has joined the firm as a managing director and head of Restructuring & Special Situations Advisory. He joins from Gleacher & Company where he was a managing director and co-head for the firm’s Restructuring & Recapitalization Group.

Marotta Gund Budd & Dzera (MGBD) announced Lyle Potash has joined the firm as a director in its New York office.
