Dippin’ Dots, the Kentucky-based manufacturer of the flash-frozen ice cream, has been sold to an Oklahoma-based entity funded by private capital. The acquisition closed on Friday, May 18, after the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Louisville, approved the purchase earlier in May.
