The Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) announced the election of three members to its Board of Directors. The new members are Michael A. Moore of Wells Fargo Bank, John M. DePledge of TD Bank and Josef W. Mintz of Blank Rome.

“I am pleased to welcome three new Directors to our Board,” said Richard S. Infantino, chapter president of TMA and the reorganization services practice leader of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP’s Philadelphia office. “Each is a widely respected and deeply experienced industry leader and I look forward to working with them and our other board members to further enhance awareness of the TMA, its mission and its members, and to grow the organization,” he added.

Board members serve two three-year terms and participate in regular meetings that help shape association strategy and initiatives. With the election of these members, there are now 29 members on the Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA Board of Directors.

The Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA is dedicated to promoting the practice of corporate renewal and turnaround management within the business and financial communities of southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware.
