Cascadia Capital, an independent investment bank serving middle-market clients globally, added Bill Kerkam as a managing director in its industrials group. Kerkam will lead Cascadia’s plastics, print and packaging practice.

Kerkam brings more than 25 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, including over a decade advising private equity firms, business owners and corporations in the plastics, print and packaging industries. He previously served as partner, principal, managing director (PPMD) at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he focused on M&A advisory across these sectors. Earlier in his career, Kerkam led global corporate development activities for WestRock, executing numerous packaging transactions across the U.S. and Europe.

“Bill’s deep sector knowledge and global transaction experience make him an outstanding addition to our Industrials team,” Michael Butler, chairman and CEO of Cascadia Capital, said. “His track record in plastics, print and packaging aligns perfectly with our strategy to deliver specialized expertise and exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

“I am excited to join Cascadia and contribute to a firm known for its collaborative culture and sector-focused approach,” Kerkam said. “Cascadia’s national platform and strong private equity relationships provide an excellent foundation to help clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic goals.”
