Cascadia Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Riverview Landscapes, a portfolio company of Talus Group Holdings and a provider of landscaping and ice and snow management services, in securing a new debt facility led by Principal Alternative Credit. This financing solution will refinance Riverview’s existing facility and provide additional capital to support the company’s continued acquisition strategy in the Northeast.

Riverview has secured a financing structure aligned with its acquisition strategy, enabling further expansion, strengthening its platform and positioning the company to consolidate its market presence and drive additional value across its operations.

“Cascadia Capital played a critical role in guiding us through this financing process, ensuring we had access to the right capital partners to support our expansion strategy,” Michael Waterman, CEO at Riverview Landscapes, said. “Their deep industry expertise, hands-on approach, and ability to navigate a competitive process helped us secure a flexible financing solution that positions Riverview for long-term success. We are grateful for their partnership and look forward to executing on our growth initiatives with this new capital in place.”

“By executing a highly targeted and efficient process, we attracted strong, diverse market interest and secured an ideal capital partner to support the company’s ambitious near-term growth strategy,” Tom Mills, managing director at Cascadia Capital, said.

“Facilities services companies like Riverview Landscapes require strategic capital solutions to fuel growth and maintain operational excellence,” John Lanza, managing director at Cascadia Capital, said. “This financing structure positions Riverview to execute its acquisition strategy while continuing to provide high-quality services across its expanding footprint.”
