Carl Marks Advisors, an investment bank offering financial and operational advisory services to middle-market companies, received the Professional Services Deal of the Year award for the mid-market category at the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards, hosted by The M&A Advisor. The award recognized the firm’s work on behalf of architecture and design firm EYP Group Holdings in its sale to Page Southerland Page.
