CapitalPlus Construction Services provided more than $6 million in factoring facilities in March, including a $5 million construction factoring facility for a mechanical, electrical and plumbing service contractor in Ohio to address accounts payable and expand payroll.
CapitalPlus also provided:
- A $200,000 construction factoring facility for a Texas-based self-performing commercial general contractor to take on Housing Authority projects
- A $450,000 construction factoring facility for a painting and drywall contractor in South Carolina to take on several contracts
- A $400,000 construction factoring facility for an existing steel fabrication and erection contractor client, increasing the facility from $250,000 so the client could begin work on a sizeable contract
