CapitalPlus Closes Five Transactions Totaling More Than $1.7MM

CapitalPlus Construction Services (CPCS) was founded in 1998 to service the construction industry with their cash flow needs. Following is a brief list of clients we served in May and June, 2019:

  • Spot factored $60,000 to an excavation contractor for a new public school in Colorado. It was able to use the funds to meet payroll and continue working on its contract with no delays.
  • _x000D_

  • Partnered with a general contracting company out of Florida on a hotel remodeling project, funding the first two invoices totaling $280,000 on a $1.5 million project. CapitalPlus managed all lien compliance making sure all subs and vendors are paid and signed lien waivers are delivered.
  • _x000D_

  •  $200,000 factoring facility for a Memphis-based contractor. With the advance funds, its able to meet payroll and purchase the materials needed to continue with the project at a local college and move to the second phase of construction. Additionally, it was able to use a portion of the funds to pay off a higher rate loan.
  • _x000D_

  • $40,000 to  Maryland masonry contractor on two invoices for two different projects.
  • _x000D_

  • $529,000 purchase order facility for a mining contractor providing slope stabilization material for an Arizona public road project.
  • _x000D_

  • $300,000 to support the framing and fabrication for a village square in New York City.
  • _x000D_
