Cambridge Wilkinson (CW) served as M&A advisor on the buy out a client’s privately held specialty insurance company for an undisclosed amount. The institutional investors from CW’s network purchased the company and are working closely with the senior management team to scale its insurance offerings across additional geographies in the United States.
