Caltius Equity Partners (CEP) added Lance Wolmer as an associate.
In his role, Wolmer is responsible for evaluating prospective investment opportunities, supporting due diligence efforts for new transactions and monitoring portfolio company performance in collaboration with the broader Caltius team.
Wolmer joined Caltius Equity in August 2025, bringing prior experience from Deloitte and Cantor Fitzgerald, where he served as an investment banking associate. At both firms, he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital advisory transactions across the TMT, industrials, consumer and services sectors.
Wolmer earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
