Byline Sponsor Finance (BSF), a division of Byline Bank, provided financing to support North Branch Capital’s (NBC) recapitalization of STARC Systems. BSF was represented by Duane Morris.
Headquartered in Brunswick, ME, STARC Systems is a designer and manufacturer of reusable, modular wall systems used during occupied renovations in diversified markets, such as healthcare, offices, airports, data centers and life sciences. STARC containment systems are engineered to limit the disruption of commercial renovation, including dust mitigation, noise abatement and other challenges.
