Byline Sponsor Finance (BSF), a division of Byline Bank, provided financing to North Branch Capital’s existing portfolio company Diversified Fall Protection (DFP). BSF was represented by Duane Morris. Midwest Mezzanine Funds (MMF) also provided subordinated debt to support the recapitalization.
