Sorell has extensive experience in the development and operation of national and international cruise ports, terminals and destinations.
Aditya “Dean” Ramanathan is an intellectual property lawyer and a member of the firm’s life sciences group whose practice encompasses all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, both in the United States and internationally. He has worked with clients of all sizes, from incubator portfolio startups to publicly traded pharmaceutical companies, in preparing market-specific intellectual property investment strategies.
Robert Ruh III is an intellectual property lawyer and a member of the firm’s life sciences group who has spent over a decade working with clients ranging from individuals and startups to research universities, life science and medical technology funds and publicly traded corporations.
