Brightwood Capital Advisors, a private credit firm focused on middle-market companies, priced Brightwood Capital MM CLO 2026-1, a $253.55 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO). This transaction represents the tenth CLO issued by Brightwood since 2019.

Brightwood has received indications for securities rated from AAA through BB from third-party investors, including insurance companies, banks and asset managers. GreensLedge Capital Markets will serve as placement agent on the deal.

“Investor demand for this transaction reflects the continued interest in private credit and the value investors see in the underlying assets,” Arlene Shaw, managing director and treasurer at Brightwood, said. “We are pleased to continue providing investors with access to the asset class through a diversified and thoughtfully structured CLO.”

Sengal Selassie, managing partner and CEO of Brightwood, added, “Reaching our tenth CLO issuance since 2019 is an important milestone for Brightwood and reflects the strength and consistency of our private credit platform. We remain focused on leveraging our experience and disciplined investment approach to deliver opportunities for our investors across market cycles.”
