Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that K. Terrell Hutchins has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group. He joins the firm from Otterbourg P.C.
Terrell focuses his practice on specialty financing, asset-based lending, supply chain financing, and lender financing transactions. He leads all aspects of drafting, negotiating, and implementing credit facilities. Additionally, he represents institutional lenders in structuring and documenting both domestic and international transactions across various industries, such as transportation, retail, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Terrell received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, Terrell served as the senior editor for the New York Real Property Law Journal and the director of communications for the National Black Law Students Association.
