BizCap, a national commercial finance and advisory firm, successfully structured and secured an $11.75 million financing package to support a strategic IT services acquisition for a confidential minority woman-owned IT services organization.

The acquisition financing will enhance the company’s capabilities, expand market reach and deepen service offerings across key focus areas, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), and cloud innovation.

“BizCap’s strategic guidance and disciplined execution were instrumental in helping us secure the capital needed to pursue this transformational opportunity,” said a representative of the company’s leadership team. “Their deep understanding of the technology services landscape and ability to structure a flexible financing solution positioned us to move forward with confidence as we expand our platform and deliver greater value to our clients.”

Chuck Doyle, president and CEO of BizCap, said, “This organization represents the next generation of technology services companies — innovative, agile and focused on delivering measurable outcomes for customers navigating digital transformation. We’re proud to support their acquisition strategy with a financing structure designed to scale alongside their growth and strengthen their competitive position in high-demand technology sectors.”
