Beach Mill Partners, a growth advisory and M&A firm, will join Tower Partners, a private investment bank and advisory firm serving the middle market. As part of the transaction, Mark McLindon, managing partner and founder of Beach Mill Partners, will join Tower Partners as managing director to lead and further expand the firm’s government services practice.
McLindon is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience founding, scaling and advising businesses that provide information technology solutions, HR consulting, training, and recruiting and staffing services. His work has supported a broad range of clients, including federal, state and local governments, government contractors serving defense, national security and civilian agency missions, and emerging growth companies navigating rapid expansion and organizational change.
In his role at Tower Partners, McLindon will lead the firm’s government services platform, bringing together deep sector expertise with Tower’s established investment banking and strategic advisory capabilities.
