FTI Consulting appointed Hector Barletta as a managing director within the Office of the CFO Solutions practice.

Barletta, who is based in Los Angeles, has more than 15 years of experience advising Fortune 500 clients on finance transformations, specifically helping finance functions serve as a better partner to their businesses. He partners with chief financial officers to develop strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining an efficient cost structure for both the finance function and the enterprise. Additionally, he brings significant experience in the technology, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and retail and consumer products industries.

Barletta’s experience includes designing and implementing service delivery model transformations. He has managed the stand-up of captive shared services centers, both the outsourcing of work and the repatriation of work from outsourcers back into company operations, and setting up finance centers of excellence.
