B. Riley Securities, a middle-market investment bank and subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, served as the exclusive financial advisor to AdCellerant in connection with its strategic investment from Clearview Capital.

“You can’t help but be impressed with what Brock, Shelby, and the entire AdCellerant team have built over the last decade,” Geoffrey Faux, partner at Clearview Capital, said. “AdCellerant’s innovative technology places it at the forefront of competitors we have seen in the digital marketing landscape. We look forward to achieving our shared vision for growth.”

“We look forward to partnering with Clearview Capital for the next phase of the company’s journey,” Brock Berry, CEO and co-founder of AdCellerant, said. “We’re proud of the team’s success thus far and, through this new partnership, we will further our mission to deliver Madison Avenue-level marketing capabilities to Main Street businesses.”

“We are excited to partner with Clearview Capital and to expand our technology and software platform,” Shelby Carlson, chief operating officer and co-founder of AdCellerant, said. “B. Riley was an instrumental partner, a trusted advisor and a steadying hand throughout the process. We deeply appreciated B. Riley’s unparalleled commitment to our goals, their knowledge of the digital advertising industry and access to the most compelling partners to drive the company forward.”

“We are thrilled to have assisted Brock, Shelby and the AdCellerant team. They have built an incredible business that has truly democratized access to the most advanced digital media technology solutions,” Muizz Kheraj, senior managing director of B. Riley, said. “Among a number of strong parties, Clearview Capital distinguished themselves early on and throughout the process, as a true partner to help the company achieve continued rapid growth and market leadership.”

Dan Malone and Tom Tippetts from Haynes and Boone served as legal counsel to AdCellerant. Alston & Bird served as legal counsel to Clearview Capital.

B. Riley’s deal team was led by Kheraj and included John Matthews, Dylan Patel and Noah Kay.
