B. Riley Securities, a middle market investment bank, acted as sole bookrunner in a $172.5 million follow-on offering for Bit Digital, a publicly traded digital asset platform focused on Ethereum-native treasury and staking strategies. Net proceeds from the transaction will be used to procure additional ETH and expand its long-term accumulation and staking of ETH as a core treasury asset.
