B. Riley Securities, a full-service investment bank, served as exclusive financial advisor to Silent House, a production studio and creative agency, in its acquisition by TAIT, a company in concert staging and live experiences.

This strategic partnership establishes a fully integrated production platform, uniting technical execution and creative design to serve artists, promoters and productions across touring, experiential and broadcast applications.

“The B. Riley Securities team were invaluable partners throughout this process,” Baz Halpin, founder and CEO of Silent House Group, said. “They negotiated an attractive transaction for both sides and played an instrumental role in bringing the deal to a successful outcome.”
