Avante Capital Partners, a women-owned private credit and structured equity firm, completed a unitranche debt investment in Burton Plumbing Services to support a portfolio company refinancing by ShoreView Industries, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm that has raised more than $1.3 billion of committed capital across four funds.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Omaha, NE, Burton Plumbing Services is a provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services. The company is actively seeking regional add-on acquisition opportunities.

“We are excited to have Avante’s ongoing support as the platform continues its strong growth trajectory,” Adam Reeves, a partner at ShoreView Industries, said. “Avante’s ease of execution and value-add reinforces our conviction that they are an ideal partner for us.”

“We are thrilled to partner with ShoreView Industries and Burton’s CEO, Mark Evans, a season industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Mark has built a best-in-class business and with ShoreView’s experience growing scale and improving the strategic position of family or entrepreneurial-owned companies, we look forward to supporting the platform’s continued success,” Ivelisse Simon, managing partner at Avante Capital Partners, said.
