The Baltimore Division of the District of Maryland of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, having considered the testimony, evidence, stipulations of parties and arguments of counsel, approved the sale of Tessemae’s to PANOS Brands following an auction conducted on Dec. 18, 2023. Tessemae’s filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Feb. 1, 2023, with Aurora Management Partners appointed financial advisor to the debtors.
Founded in 2009, Tessemae’s is a Maryland-based manufacturer of organic and non-GMO salad dressings and condiments sold by retailers across the U.S.
The Aurora team advising the Tessemae’s business, including overseeing the marketing, sales and auction process, included David Baker (managing partner), Matthew Dossey (director), Greg Baker (Director) and Travis Grod (associate director). Aurora is currently also serving as chief restructuring officer for Taronis Fuels and Premier Kings in their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
