Audax Private Debt acted as administrative agent and co-lead arranger on a second lien credit facility to support the merger of QuantiTech and Millennium Engineering and Integration Company.

QuantiTech, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, is a provider of technical engineering and management support services for mission critical defense programs.

Headquartered in Arlington, VA, Millennium Engineering and Integration Company provides technical engineering services, research and development support, and systems engineering and integration solutions to customers in the space, defense, cyber and intelligence communities.

“The combination of QuantiTech and MEI creates a leading provider of mission-critical services to the United States’ defense community,” Shehzad Ajmal, managing director at Audax Private Debt, said. “We are excited about the opportunity to partner with Sagewind Capital in this transaction and believe their experience in the government services sector will help the business achieve the next level of growth.”

“Audax Private Debt provided tremendous support and financing certainty throughout this process,” Steve Lefkowitz, founding partner of Sagewind Capital, said. “We look forward to working with the Audax team as we continue to pursue growth opportunities for the combined platform.”
