Jackson Walker hired Michael Attaway has joined the corporate and securities practice group as a partner in the Dallas office. A seasoned corporate attorney, Attaway brings extensive experience in business transactions, commercial financing and corporate governance. In his practice, Attaway advises private equity firms, strategic buyers, and sellers on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across various industries. He also counsels startups and established businesses on capital raising, corporate structuring and compliance.

Additionally, Attaway represents financial institutions, credit funds and borrowers in the structuring and negotiating of a broad range of financing, including syndicated and bilateral asset-based and cash-flow financings, real estate financings and secured and unsecured credit facilities.
His expertise extends to distressed loan resolutions and foreclosures. With a strong background in accounting, Attaway provides a strategic financial perspective to complex transactions, leveraging his problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.
