Ares Commercial Finance Provides $31.2MM Senior Secured Credit Facility

Ares Commercial Finance provided a $31.2 million senior secured credit facility for a family-owned and operated manufacturer and distributor of high-quality home and garden equipment for professional and consumer use. The credit facility consists of an asset based revolving line of credit and M&E term loan. Proceeds of the credit facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for ongoing working capital needs.
