Antares Capital served as joint lead arranger and will act as administrative agent on a senior secured credit facility to support the recapitalization of MDC Interior Solutions by ShoreView Industries.
Headquartered in Glendale Heights, IL, MDC is a national supplier of vertical interior surfaces. The company’s products include vinyl, textile and specialty wallcoverings, decorative panels, acoustical solutions, digitally printed surfaces and specialty paints. MDC serves customers across a wide range of end markets including hospitality, corporate, healthcare, institutional, retail and residential.
