His passion for cultivating a positive, mission-aligned culture has been a key differentiator in his leadership and team building approach.
“It is a privilege to serve as the new President of the American Factoring Association,” Jaskiewicz said. “The industry has given me so much over my career, including relationships, opportunities and lifelong lessons, and I am excited to give back by helping our members thrive. I look forward to strengthening our advocacy for the factoring community and ensuring our voices are heard as we grow stronger. I would also like to thank outgoing President Robyn Barrett for her outstanding leadership and dedication. I am grateful to build on the foundation she has helped create.”
