Alvarez & Marsal added Kaan Aslansan, Craig Schneider, Brad Arnold and Danny Faryniarz as managing directors its New York-based Corporate Transformation Services practice.

“From regulatory and compliance to sustained revenue generation, financial services and media and entertainment face a host of concerns that will require or impact corporate transformation. Kaan, Craig, Brad and Danny have detailed experience advising on and implementing enterprise-wide corporate transformations,” said Joseph Berardino, a managing director who leads the Corporate Transformation Services and the East Region Corporate Performance Improvement practice. “Their collective knowledge of digital transformation, consumer product strategy, sales and marketing operations, IT and compliance change management augments our lines of service and the solutions we develop for our clients.”

Aslansan advises media and entertainment, financial services and insurance sector clients on digital strategy and operations transformation. He has led merger and acquisition cost management and technology/organization consolidations. Prior to joining A&M, Aslansan built a consulting organization generating more than $12 million in revenue within four years. He also served as a director at Navigant Consulting, a vice president of Architecture and Testing at Swiss Re, a director at Credit Suisse and as a senior manager for Ernst & Young.

Schneider has more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing digital transformation services in the media and entertainment industry. He spent the first 10 years of his career working with NBC Sports and the Broadcast Network Operations division and received five Emmy Awards for his work in broadcast television.

Arnold works with clients to develop customer experiences to align with in-demand products and services, operational models that businesses can run profitably, IT strategies that are executable and professional environments that foster individual growth. He has worked across multiple industries and served as a director at Unisys, a global information technology company that solves complex IT challenges.

Faryniarz has advised clients on capital market, asset management, market structure and regulatory and compliance change management for more than 30 years. He previously served as a managing director of Market Strategy and Industry Relations with DTCC and as a director of Global Rate Sales with Merrill Lynch.
