Alpine Ridge Funding (ARF) closed a $9 million factoring facility for a consumer brand launching an exclusive collection of fragrances and home goods with a national retailer. The facility includes $6 million of availability at closing and a $3 million accordion that can be accessed as the Company’s retail program expands.
The facility will be used for working capital purposes to support the brand’s national rollout. ARF structured a receivables-based solution sized to the Company’s launch and growth plan rather than its operating history, providing the liquidity needed to fund initial purchase orders and scale alongside each new product category.
“A national retail launch needs capital that scales with purchase orders, not historical financials,” David Fortner, senior vice president of ARF, said. “We built this facility around high-quality retail receivables and a management team we know well, and the accordion gives the company room to grow as new categories roll out. This is exactly the kind of flexible, growth-oriented partnership our factoring platform was built to deliver.”
