in People

Mark Endemaño joined AlixPartners, a global consulting firm, as a managing director in the firm’s TMT practice, based in the London office.

Endemaño brings to AlixPartners 25 years of experience in the media, entertainment and technology sectors as a management consultant, advisor and operator. During his 14 years at Walt Disney, Endemaño held numerous senior roles. As CFO of Disney’s EMEA business, Endemaño was instrumental in driving a deep organizational transformation to a ‘One Disney’ operating model. Subsequently he was general manager of media distribution at Walt Disney International where he was responsible for distributing all movies, TV shows, games, music and apps outside of North America to free TV, pay TV and digital platforms. Endemaño played a key role in the Disney+ international launch planning.

Most recently, Endemaño was CEO of Move.ai, a tech company that delivers motion capture and augmented reality software to digital content creators and develops animation infrastructure for the metaverse. Earlier in his career, Endemaño spent 10 years in management consulting, focused on media and entertainment.

Endemaño brings a broad range of international experience across business transformation, digital rights management, finance transformation, value delivery, data analytics, new business model creation and post-merger integration/synergy.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Mark to AlixPartners,” Francesco Barosi, head of

innovation and global leader of the TMT industry practice at AlixPartners, said. “He is a proven and highly regarded business leader in the media industry. Mark’s technology-related experience, including as CEO of a leading-edge media/tech startup, combined with his digital savvy will be of tremendous value to our clients who are grappling with the constant disruption impacting the media sector.”
