AIO Logic, a fintech innovator in commercial lending and secured finance technology, appointed Tree Buckingham as chief operating officer of its asset-based lending vertical. Based in Florida, Buckingham will be responsible for building and leading the operational infrastructure that powers AIO Logic’s ABL delivery engine — driving institutional-grade discipline, scalable client outcomes and execution excellence across the full client lifecycle.

In this role, Buckingham will oversee implementation, client success, loan servicing oversight and quality control across the ABL vertical. She will architect and enforce the standard operating procedures, governance frameworks and performance management systems required to scale the vertical with precision and repeatability. She will also serve as the executive voice of delivery and client operations, contributing directly to product roadmap alignment and go-to-market positioning as AIO Logic continues its rapid expansion across the commercial lending market.

As the ABL vertical grows, the operational leadership Buckingham brings will be critical to ensuring that platform excellence is matched by delivery excellence.

“There are rare moments in a career when your experience, your values and a product’s mission align in a way that feels less like a job and more like a calling. This is one of those moments for me,” Buckingham said. “After thirty-plus years in asset-based lending, I understand exactly what operational integrity means at the institutional level — and I recognize what is at stake when it is absent. AXIS is the platform this industry has been waiting for, built with the intelligence and precision that modern ABL demands. I am eager to bring the full weight of my operational experience to support this product’s trajectory and to partner with George in driving a mindset shift that will redefine how lenders across the ABL landscape do business.”

Prior to joining AIO Logic, Buckingham served as chief operating officer at both Mountain Ridge Capital and Alpine Ridge Funding. In those roles, she built and led the operational frameworks required to run institutional-grade secured lending platforms at scale. Before that, Buckingham held senior executive roles across several organizations within the secured finance industry, where she cultivated more than three decades of deep expertise spanning asset-based lending operations, team building, system conversions, and mergers and acquisitions.
