ACT Capital Advisors acted as financial advisor on the recapitalization of Fast Water Heater Company by Montlake Capital.
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Bothell, WA, Fast Water Heater Company provides residential and commercial plumbing services focused on the water heater category all along the West Coast. Fast is led by Jason Hanleybrown, who has served as CEO since 2006.
The company engaged ACT Capital Advisors to help locate a financial partner for its recapitalization. After a national search, Fast chose growth equity firm Montlake Capital.
