Access Capital provided a $15 million asset-based lending facility to support IES’s continued expansion and working capital needs.

Founded in 1974 as a full-service staffing firm, IES has evolved into a global workforce solutions provider with a presence in more than 150 countries. Today, the company partners with organizations across industries and manages payroll for a significant international workforce, delivering compliant, scalable solutions built for today’s global marketplace.

As IES continues expanding its international footprint and strengthening its enterprise client base, the company sought a more flexible and scalable financing partner to support growth.

Access Capital delivered a $15 million asset based lending facility, refinancing the company’s existing bank line and providing enhanced availability, including improved support for unbilled receivables and foreign operations

Innovative Employee Solutions joins a growing roster of established workforce leaders at Access Capital, and we look forward to supporting their continued expansion in the global EOR and AOR marketplace.

“Our experience with Access Capital’s due diligence process was excellent from start to finish,” said Peter Limone, CFO, IFS. “The process was smooth and efficient while remaining thorough, which gave us a high level of confidence as we moved forward with our financial partnership.

“Negotiations were fair and collaborative, and the team was responsive in addressing our questions and ensuring expectations were clearly aligned. Their attention to detail helped make the transition and onboarding seamless.

“Since closing, the portfolio team has continued to provide strong support, helping ensure we are fully equipped to work effectively within their systems and processes. We look forward to building a long-term relationship with Access Capital.”
